Common pricing questions
Is there a monthly or maintenance fee?
No. The account is free and you only pay for the credits you buy. If you send nothing one month, you pay nothing, and your balance stays intact for when you need it.
Do the credits expire?
They never expire. You can top up €100 today and spend it over as many years as it takes.
Does the same balance work for all services?
Yes: the balance is shared. Each service deducts its credits (for example, 9 per certified SMS or 14 per online contract), so you can combine services without buying separate packs.
What if I need more than €5,000 a month?
Request a proposal on the large accounts page with your estimated volume and the services you would use: we call you with specific terms.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT, which is added on the invoice according to the rules that apply to your tax details.
