The text of the agreement reaches the client's phone by SMS, under your sender name. Individually or in bulk, from the dashboard or via API.
The client replies
They answer from their own number — “ACCEPT” — and that reply, tied to their mobile line, is recorded with a timestamp.
The contract is certified
Offer, acceptance, the numbers involved and the timeline go into the Evidence Record, sealed by Mensatek and the FNMT.

When SMS Contract, and when online contracting?
SMS Contract shines when the terms fit in one message and you want minimum friction: renewals, consents, confirmations. When there are documents to sign — a PDF, a long contract, several signers or a handwritten signature — the right service is online contracting. They share balance and platform: use each where it performs best.
Legal framework
A contract is formed by the concurrence of offer and acceptance (articles 1254 and 1262 of the Spanish Civil Code); contracting by electronic means is expressly recognised (Act 34/2002, art. 23). The Evidence Record documents both declarations with timestamps and is produced as an electronic document admissible under the eIDAS Regulation and the Spanish Civil Procedure Act.
About the SMS Contract
Is an acceptance by SMS legally valid?
Yes. Contracts concluded by electronic means produce full effects when consent and the other requirements concur (Spanish Act 34/2002, art. 23; Civil Code, arts. 1254 and 1262). What matters is being able to prove the offer, the acceptance and the moment: exactly what the certificate records.
How much does it cost?
10 credits per contract of up to 160 characters (+3 credits per additional part): between €0.29 and €0.43 depending on the pack. See the pricing page.
What if the client doesn't reply?
Then there is no contract — and that is documented too: you keep certified proof of the offer sent and delivered, useful for instance to show you offered the renewal in time.
Can I personalise each contract's text?
Yes: in bulk sendings each SMS can carry its recipient's data (name, amount, policy number…), and every acceptance produces its own certificate.
