Certified Email: your everyday mail, with a witness

An ordinary email is your word against the other party's. A certified email carries an impartial third party behind it, recording the complete message — body and attachments —, sending it, logging its delivery and sealing every step. The recipient just sees an email; you keep a certificate.

How it works

Like sending an email, because it is sending an email

Write, with attachments

Compose the message and add whatever documents you need, from the dashboard or via API. Personalised bulk sending included.

We certify the journey

Body, attachments, the moment of sending and the acceptance by the recipient's server are recorded and sealed with timestamps.

Download the certificate

A PDF sealed by two qualified trust service providers (Mensatek and the FNMT), with 10-year custody and public verification.

Features

Built for documents, not just notices

Fingerprinted attachments

Contracts, invoices, notices: every file is identified by its cryptographic fingerprint inside the certificate.

Arrives as a normal email

The recipient needs no new accounts or platforms: they open their usual inbox and they are notified.

Bulk and personalised

Thousands of notifications from a single list, each with its own data and its own individual certificate.

Delivery statuses

Track every sending from the dashboard: sent, delivered, bounced. The events go into the certificate and to your webhook.

10-year custody

The certificate stays in custody for a decade at no extra cost, verifiable by CSV code whenever you need it.

REST API

Automate certified notifications from your billing, HR or management systems with one HTTP call.

And if the recipient claims it never arrived?

That is exactly the conversation this service ends. The certificate records the acceptance of the message by the recipient's mail server, with a sealed date and time, along with the exact content sent. Against an ordinary email — where all you have is your Sent folder — here the record is made by an impartial Trust Service Provider and can be verified by any third party for 10 years.

Frequently asked questions

About certified email

What exactly gets certified?

The full body of the message, the attachments (with their cryptographic fingerprints), the moment of sending and the delivery to the recipient's mail server, all with timestamps.

How much does a certified email cost?

9 credits per sending: between €0.26 and €0.39 depending on the pack, VAT not included. See the pricing page.

Does the recipient need to register anywhere?

No: they receive the message in their usual inbox, like any other email. No intermediate platforms and no codes to collect.

Can it replace the burofax?

For most communications that are handled by burofax today, yes: it proves content, date and delivery with an impartial third party involved, at a fraction of the cost and with the attached document included. If the recipient only has a phone, pair it with the certified SMS.
