How it works

You communicate; the record builds itself

Send through any channel

SMS, email, RCS or WhatsApp; a notification, a contract or a document to timestamp. From the dashboard, from a spreadsheet or through the API.

Every event is sealed

Content, sending, delivery, reading, reply or signature: each event is recorded the moment it happens, with its own timestamp.

You keep the proof for 10 years

The Evidence Record is sealed by Mensatek and the FNMT, held in custody for a decade and verifiable by any third party.

Our core piece

The Evidence Record: who sent what, to whom, and when

Every operation on the platform ends in the same place: an evidential document that gathers all the proof of the process. This is what it contains and why it holds up.

  • The full content

Text, documents and files, identified by their cryptographic fingerprint: any later alteration would break the verification.

  • A sealed timeline

Every event — sending, delivery, reading, reply, signature — carries a timestamp, the time reference with legal backing.

  • The double seal

Certificates are sealed by two qualified trust service providers: Mensatek and the FNMT (Spain's Royal Mint).

  • Public verification

With the certificate's CSV code, a court, an expert or the other party can check the original in our public verifiers, without asking you for anything.

Is the burofax still worth it?

The burofax is Spain's registered postal notification. Same purpose — communicating with reliable proof. Very different experience.

Who backs your proof

Two trust service providers on every certificate

Certificates are sealed by two qualified trust service providers: Mensatek — recognised and audited in Spain, listed on the European Commission's trust list — and the FNMT – Real Casa de la Moneda, Spain's Royal Mint. Two independent signatures supporting the same evidence.

You can check the provider's entry on the European Commission's Trusted List and read the official documentation in our Certification Policies & Practices.

Certify from your own software

Everything you see on this site can be triggered from your ERP, CRM or application through a REST API: certified notifications, signatures, timestamps and identity checks, with statuses delivered to your webhook. Using the API costs nothing extra.

Frequently asked questions

The essentials, answered

What is a certified notification?

A communication whose content, sending and delivery are attested by an impartial third party. Here, that third party is a Trust Service Provider that records every event with a timestamp and issues a certificate also sealed by the FNMT: proof of who sent what, to whom, and when.

Is it legally valid?

Yes. The certificates are electronic documents admissible as evidence under the eIDAS Regulation (EU 910/2014), Spanish Act 6/2020 on electronic trust services and articles 299 and 326 of the Spanish Civil Procedure Act. Qualified timestamps also enjoy a legal presumption of accuracy (art. 41.2 eIDAS).

How much does it cost?

It runs on prepaid credits that never expire, from €10 and with no fees: a certified SMS or email costs between €0.26 and €0.39, an online contract between €0.41 and €0.60 and a timestamp from €0.029. Every rate is published on the pricing page.

How is it different from a burofax?

It serves the same evidential purpose as Spain's registered postal notification, but it is delivered in seconds to the recipient's phone or inbox, costs a fraction, supports personalised bulk sending and its certificate can be verified online for 10 years. See the full comparison above.

I received a certified notification — what should I do?

No need to worry: we explain everything on a page written for recipients, including how to verify the certificate and understand your options.
